About Our Peptides

Are your peptides for human use?

No. All peptides and compounds sold by Australian Peptide Store are strictly for laboratory research use only.
They are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic, or veterinary use.

What purity are your peptides?

All of our peptides are ≥99% pure (HPLC tested) and supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying their identity and quality.

Where are your peptides made?

All products are independently tested before being shipped to ensure quality and purity.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

Yes. Every peptide batch is accompanied by a COA, available upon request

How should peptides be stored?

Peptides should be stored in a cool, dry environment (2–8°C), away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, they should be refrigerated and used promptly for research applications.

Can I return or exchange a peptide?

Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or shipped — unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within48 hours at Australianpeptidestore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll promptly investigate and offer are placement, refund, or store credit.

How do I reconstitute peptides?

Reconstitution should only be performed by qualified professionals in a research or laboratory setting.
We cannot provide mixing instructions for safety and compliance reasons.

What does “lyophilized” mean?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are supplied as astable powdered form that preserves their structure until reconstitution.
This allows for longer storage life and easier transport.

Do you sell bacteriostatic water?

Yes we supply bacteriostatic water for research reconstitution purposes.
It can be ordered alongside your peptide products for convenience.
